This surgical battle is focusing on the treatment of proximal humerus fractures. Therefore, the two teams are comparing two different surgical techniques. Dr. Oliver Trapp and Alex Trompeter are using a nailing technique whereas Hobie Summers, MD and Matthew Camuso, MD are performing the more conventional plating. The moderators for this session are Prof. Reto Babst and Michael Miranda, MD. The surgeons describe every step of the procedures and answer the most common questions.
